Return Policy
Orders placed online thru baskins.com will shipped thru UPS. You will
be emailed a UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped. To
track the progress of your shipment

to input the tracking number to view the status of your shipment.Once
your order ships, it may take 24 hours before tracking information
appears on the UPS web site.
Orders received after 3:30pm will not be shipped until the next
business day. Shipping is done Monday – Friday only. We do not ship any
products over the weekend (Saturday’s & Sunday’s) and during
holidays. Any orders received on a weekend or holiday will be processed
the next business day. Our store hours are Monday – Saturday from 9am
til 8pm and closed on Sundays.

Product Availability
We make every effort to ship your item as soon as your order is
received. However, occasionally certain items may be out of stock due
to high demand, especially during special occasions such as Rodeo, and
holidays such as Christmas. If an item is out of stock this may cause a
delay in receiving your order. Baskin’s will make every attempt to ship
the product to you as soon as we receive it in stock. We appreciate
your patience and understanding should this occur with your order.
International Shipping
Currently Baskin’s does not offer international, APO or FPO shipping. We will ship to any US location.
