Shipping Policy
Baskins.com will
accept your return and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be in resalable or like-new condition (unwashed, tags
still attached, unworn, etc.)
We will accept returned boots only if they are in as-new condition. (Soles unworn, unscratched, etc.).
All return decisions will be at Baskins.com’s discretion pending item condition.
How to return your item online:
If you wish to return your item online, you can email us at online@baskins.com or you can call us at (936)327-2405.
We
will have ups ship a return label to your shipping address and you will
be able to ship this item back to us at no charge to you.
How to return your item to a store near you:
If a Baskin’s Department store is located near you, it will be no problem for us to exchange or refund your item at the store.
You will need a printed copy of your online order as well as the item you wish to exchange or refund.
