REFUNDS

We will gladly offer a refund for purchases made within 45 days. The original sales receipt is required for cash refunds, or a credit to charge card. If no receipt is provided, we will issue a Baskins store credit for merchandise at the current selling price.


EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange any Baskins merchandise within 45 days of the purchase provided it is in its original condition and manufacturer’s tags are still attached.


CHECK POLICIES

When paying by check, please allow 10 business days for check processing before cash refund. A Baskins store credit may be issued if purchase date is within 10 days.


CLEARANCE/SEASONAL MERCHANDISE

We will gladly issue a Baskins store credit on clearance or seasonal merchandise at the current selling price provided it is in its original condition and all manufacturer’s tags are attached. No cash refunds will be issued for clearance or seasonal merchandise.


DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Some merchandise may require factory inspection before a decision can be made at a store level.


LAYAWAYS

We offer a 90-day layaway plan, which requires 20% or $10 down payment (whichever is greater) and monthly payments. There is a non-refundable $5 fee for each layaway. Merchandise overdue or voluntarily returned to stock is subject to a 10% restocking fee.


GIFT CARDS

Baskins gift cards have no expiration date. All Baskins gift cards must be used toward the purchase of merchandise. No refunds will be issued for remaining Baskins gift card balances.


SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders require 100% payment prior to order being placed. All products ordered are guaranteed, or your money back. Discontinued or clearance merchandise is not available for special orders. Orders generally take up to two weeks but could take longer depending on supplier availability.
