Baskins.com now offers free shipping* on purchases over $50. Plus, if you need to return an item, we'll take care of the return shipping costs*. All other orders will be charged a simple flat fee of only $5.95 for standard shipping.
--Note: Effective immediately, in order to provide the best shipping method for our online guests, Baskins is adding USPS to our shipping options. This will allow us to now ship to P.O. Boxes as well as to military personnel. We will utilize the most effective and efficient shipping methods for each order. That shipment may include USPS or UPS shipments depending on the shipping address and other order details. The shipping source will be decided on at Baskins' discretion.
For any expedited shipping needs, Baskins will continue to use UPS to facilitate those orders. If expedited shipping is selected, we won't be able to delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

-- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. (30 days applies to the date the package is mailed, not the date you place your order.)
-- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
-- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
* Free shipping and free returns are for domestic UPS Ground or USPS Ground shipping only. UPS and USPS ground shipping typically delivers within 3-5 business days. Extra rates do apply to items marked for marked for expedited shipping.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do whatever we can to make it right. And because Baskins not only sells online, there are plenty of ways we can make it right.
1. Return the item for a no-questions-asked full refund of your purchase price. In addition, you won’t need to pay for return shipping. To return your item click here for instructions.
2. Return the item to any of our stores. Be sure to have your receipt and packing slip with you for proof of purchase. If you do not have your receipt, our standard return policy applies and you’ll be able to return the item for in-store credit. If you bring in your receipt, the store will refund you for the purchase price.
3. Any item purchased online may also be exchanged at any of our stores.
Baskin’s Online Store will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of original purchase. Merchandise must be in like-new condition and able to be sold (unwashed, tags still attached, unworn, etc.) We will accept returned boots only if they are in as-new condition (soles unworn, unscratched, etc.) Please be sure to try your boots on carpeted floors until you are certain the size is correct.
Baskins does not offer refunds on shipping charges because we offer free shipping. To get your free shipping, just follow these easy steps:
Call us, toll-free, at (877) 344-1144. If we don’t answer, leave us a message with your name and number and we’ll return your call as soon as possible.
You can also email us at email@example.com. If you email, please leave us your name and phone number with a good time to call you back. You can also leave us with your purchase order number to help us easily locate your purchase in our system.
As soon as we have confirmed your purchase information, we’ll email you a link to print out the return shipping label.
Once you have printed the return shipping label, attach it to the box and take it to your nearest UPS location.
Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip with your returned merchandise. It’s not necessary, but we would appreciate the reason for your return to help us better server you over time. Please be sure to package your merchandise securely.
Returning Items In-Store:
If you would like to return items to a Baskin’s store near you, simply bring a printed copy of your online order, your packing slip, and the merchandise you would like to return. You may make an exchange in-store or receive in-store credit.

Baskins Online Shipping Policy (a few additional disclaimers we needed to make note of):
Orders placed online are normally shipped via UPS or USPS Ground within 48hrs, once the order has been successfully processed thru our office. Orders placed on the weekends will not be processed until Monday morning. While Baskins will make every effort to ship items with 48hrs, unforeseen circumstances may occur preventing us from doing so. Please bear this time frame in mind when placing expedited orders. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS or USPS tracking number. Please note, it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on either the UPS or USPS website. If you have your tracking number, you can click here to check on your delivery.
Orders received by 5:00 pm are normally processed the next business day provided your merchandise is immediately available (please see the next section for more information.) Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:30 pm CST.

Although we try our best to have an error-free website, we do make occasional errors. We reserve the right to contact you and correct pricing or other errors prior to fulfilling your order. All return decisions will be at the discretion of Baskin’s Online Store pending item condition.
We make every effort to ship your item(s) as soon as your order is received, however we may occasionally be out of stock due to high demand, especially during special events such as rodeo, inventory, and holidays including Christmas. If an item is out of stock, there may be a delay in receiving your order. We will make every attempt to ship the product as soon as it is received in stock. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur with your order.
Currently Baskins does not offer international, APO or FPO shipping. We will ship to any physical address within the United States (please note, UPS requires a physical street address; we may not ship to post office boxes.)
